If you don't know who they are, Colonetix is a colon cleanser that costs 39.95 for a two month supply.

I'm filing this rip-off report not based on how colonetix works but based on how I had my package of colonetix arrive to my home, first of all I'm not a person to complain but I really was angry on how I was treated as a customer!

When the package of the two month supply came, there was only 1 bottle full of the stage 1, the other bottle stage 2 (body purifier) had only 10 pills of 120 capsules!!!

I called colonetix on the phone for customer support and I was waiting 20 minutes for a return on the product because I didn't get a full bottle of stage 2 (body purifier). I decided to leave on the phone for an answer for a return from customer support and this taken a total of 3 hours.

So I decided to hangup the phone, when I called again to customer support instead of pressing the return option I selected to order just so I could get a hold of someone, it's magic! When I want to order someone immediantly picks up the phone for an answer! So I have asked if I can return colonetix because I could not get a hold of the return department, I told the customer agent I had only 10 pills out of 120 capsules for stage 2 and only one full bottle of stage 1.

The agents name was David , I can't remember his full name. - I wish I did!

I was told I had to return the bottles by mail, I did and I have not gotten my money back! It was 39.99 plus ups priority mail shipping! I was told I would get my money back! They promised and they Lied. Liars!

I only had five days for two pills each day, I didn't get what was promised. I didn't even use the product, I returned it!

Still when I call them I gave them my order confirmation number and still they tell me I didn't mail it, Liars Liars, lieing criminals! I am an honest person and I am telling you do not expect colonetix to refund your money!

39.99 wasted, still to this day colonetix keeps telling me to return the product. Criminals!
