I was referred to mr. Rob Leonard as a last resort prior to losing my home to foreclosure. Be home at (((REDACTED))) Glendale Arizona (((REDACTED))) was left to me by my mother Diana bottorff. Mr. Leonard personally came out to my home to inspect it and discuss the details of the purchase of my home for $93,000 which is less than half of the market value now valued at $220,000. Mr. Leonard made this contract look like a godsend to me because my home was going to be foreclosed on and auctioned the next three days.

With my home for the next two years at the price of $850 per month the first 6 months of my rental agreement I paid just 300 fank you mr. Leonard for making such a great deal for me. I have the contract with Colonial Capital LLC and mr. Leonard to have a Buy-Back option to my home by February 28th of 2019. My home's existing mortgage was paid off and I received a cashier's check for $32,000 from Colonial capital I have paid all the rent on time. When mr. Leonard walked through my home he mentioned to me that he would not put up with the way my son flipped and I should kick his a*s out. Also I have a drawing of a skull figure above my bedroom door in the master bedroom.

Anybody that knew my mother prior to her death knew that she was a heavy smoker she smokes approximately a carton of cigarettes in the three-day.. My son and I are also smokers in the home. My son and I were having problems because of his living conditions and other illegal use of narcotic drugs so I threatened to have my son kicked out. He interned put a restraining order against me the judge upheld the restraining order because of his argumentative behavior in the courtroom. So I then put in a order for eviction on my own.

I spoke with Chris and Rob about the eviction and what was going on I sent them pictures of my son's room and the way he was leaving which was exactly identical to the way he was living when the sale of the home lease of the home and option to buy back went into effect. The judge threw out the eviction claim because I am not the home owner. Now the least I have between Colonial capital is only in my name my son's name is not anywhere listed on the lease or the contract to buy the home back however Mr. Leonard and Chris Christie are speaking to my son about my private matters and my lease and contract number one.

My son has told them false allegations about me also mentions my past criminal history. I on the other hand have worked very hard to stay out of trouble and live as a productive citizen in Arizona. Will a year into the contract now and Mr. Leonard and Chris Christie want to send me emails and question me about my criminal background. I feel that this is discrimination. They didn't ask or require any kind of background check when they purchased my home when they least my home to me or when we went into a contract with a two-year Buy-Back option upon asking Colonial capital Rob Leonard and Chris Christie to submit eviction for my son they mention that they are not going to help me at all. So I'm locked out of the home that I'm paid the home that cording to Colonial Capital LLC I am solely responsible for and any damage done to the home I am solely responsible for.

Since going into this contract with Colonial capital I have upgraded my home with a security door and with shower doors installed in the front restroom I have worked put my sweat and heart into caring for my home because no matter what I plan on buying back my home by February 28th 2019. Will since I asked Colonial Capital LLC in eviction notice for my son they in turn decided they had to do a walk-through of my home. Upon doing the walk through of my home the inspector notices the skull drawing above my bedroom door in the master bedroom the presence of extreme smoke in in the home and the mess in my son's room.

Upon going into the contract I did have a roommate that was there for the walk through and all of my associates will testify in court that all of the issues that Mr. Leonard and Colonial Capital LLC have mentioned as violations in the home are all free existing conditions. So I'm still locked out of my home and Colonial Capital LLC send a letter address to myself to the home sitting there doing another walkthrough in one week. They know that I have a restraining order against me and cannot return home to clean up the home or even to get my mail. Why they would be discussing my personal business with any person aside for myself is beyond me. So they show up to conduct their second walkthrough of the home and of course my son hasn't lifted a finger to clean up the home or put it in any kind of order. And that's why I was going to evict him since my mother's death in May of 2012 he hasn't lifted a finger to help me in the home.

The lawn and yard care I did even in 113 degree weather wow my son was in his room playing Xbox Live he never has taken any interest in the homes upkeep and these people want to discuss my contract with him knowing where he lives. So the following Monday after the walkthrough of my home I speak with Chris Christie vice president of colonial capital and informed that they have put in the papers to evict to the eviction lawyers. He then asked me for my work address in case he should need to mail papers to me. Big red flag my friend tells me he's evicting you as well. So I asked Chris are you a victim me as well as my son from the home Chris informs me I have no idea I didn't see the paperwork but it has been submitted to the eviction attorney.

Now Colonial capital is trying to evict me from my home. The only thing I have left that belonged to my parents and they want to throw me out now in the contract it says if I default on the rent or payment if it's not paid by the 15th of each month that I forfeit my contract and they own the home will I don't plan on having my rent being paid late I don't plan on living in that pig sty and I do not plan on letting Colonial Capital Christy 5 LLC Colonial Management LLC to whom I pay the rent to every month take my home. I realize this is a multi multi million-dollar company but I don't believe they should be able to push around somebody who is of lower-income and take their home from them I am at this time it Consulting with is OG. Org regarding the fraud that has been going on with these limited liability companies and how I can proceed with keeping my home I'm having a hard time finding legal assistance and I'm sure thieves.

Colonial capital of and they take advantage of low-income families so they can still the home right under them. I will not sit still and let them still my home from me there an ethical they don't operate legally because legally I should have been informed of the walkthrough of the home and I should have had a chance to be out there to clean it now they want to evict me and keep my home I would never recommend a company or friends or anyone to do business with these rip-off artists and as far as Donald Trump goes I have totally lost any respect for my Republican Party.
