colonial homewarranty scaam and rip off company wilmington Delaware

colonial   home warranty    in delaware   is a company  that   is  scam  and  interested  in getting  you to sign for  3yrs  at a discount. i was told    there will be  no delay   if  a reapir  is needed  and  vendor  can   fix  it   immediately  if  he has  the part.  i  had a  a/c  problem  in   hot  texas   weather  so  a  technician came  in and   changed   the capacitator   for   a 60$  copay  and di dnot  even check in the attic.   7 days  letter   my  a/c  stops again and  i was  told  to  open another claim  but   i  requested a different   company.   he  found  out   my fan in the attic  was  not working. this happened  on a thursday   and  vendor  came  in on a sat   to check  and  took the part  out    after a 60 $  copay again.  on monday  he had   the part  and called the warranty  to authorize  the  repair     he  was  denied   and  i wasasked   to submit  2 yrs  of maintenance records. same  day  i faxed  it  to  them which included a maintenance visit   ad   600$   from my  pocket  for check up and  work on uv lights. i  was told  it was  for  a repair  and denied  the cost   for  259$. since  i   have  already paid  60$  to  a/c repair  guy  and  he had  taken out the part  i dont  have an option but to  get  the work done and ended  up paying  the entire  amount.i cancelled  the warranty and wa stold there is a fee  ad  would deduct  aount  spent   in the last  7 montsh  so  i doubt  any  money  would  be   credited. not  only  was i  without a/c  for almost  2  weeks   the sheer  energy  spent   on proving   it  was a  miantainenance issue  and  noot a repair   is  apalling  and cheap on their  part.  they  were happy  to  can cel,my warranty and  move  on to  next  customer.i wish   there  was some way  they  could  be   taken seriously  and  punished.  as asingle  womam  i should  not  have  to  go  through this  to  prove  a 259$  repair  as  necessary  one  in hot summer weather  of texas.
