Colonies at Williamsburg Easy to Buy, Impossible to Get Rid Of Williamsburg Virginia

Bought a Timeshare on two seperate units at the Colonies in Williamsburg, Va. for $23,000  3 months later my wife was diagnosed with a Brain Tumor and required extensive Radiation and Chemotherapy.  We would Never use these Timeshares so I tried to sell them, for almost 3 years.  Not one single offer.  When I contacted the Colonies, they said they would take it back, At A Fee of $750. I'm giving them back $23,000 worth of Timeshares to resell and now they want an additional $750.  Needless to say, I sent them the $750 (registered mail and postal money order), and made norotized copies of all documentation that was returned.  That was 11/19/2015.  It's now 4/18/2016 and I'm still waiting for the Title Release.  Time to call in my lawyer.  Never have any business dealings with these people, and as far as I'm concerned, don't bother using them for your vacation either.
