The Colonies At Williamsburg - Interval International Charged me double on last payment and took two weeks to get corrected. Said was a vacation resort instead of Time share Williamsburg Virginia

This high pressured Time share charged us $1462.00 down payment from our credit card then said all we owed was $8991.00. We agreed to that figure and they took $9891.00 from our acct. It took approximately two weeks to get the refund of $900.00. We then wrote the company and wanted out of the contract and have not heard from the company since. We have placed numerous phone calls and all we have been told is that the matter has been forwarded to corporate. They initially called themselves a vacation resort not a time share. after close inspection of the paperwork we received a week later we saw that it was a time share. They say that the 7 day policy of cancellation is within their rights and that we have no right to cancellation. We just want our money back all $10,453.00.
