I responded to a 'Free Trial' offer for their product. I received nothing from this company except a charge to my account for $88.97. To this day I have not received the first product form them. But I didn't expect to receive anything from them because six days after I ordered the 'free trial' I learned about the scam and I called to cancel the Free Trial'. This was well within the 15 day cancelation period. I was given Chris and the date as my confirmation for the cancelation.
I have disputed the charged with my bank and their investigation has begun.
Like others have had to, I have canceled the card used for this transaction. Thier methods are nothing short of fraud and they should be stopped.
Today is 12/29/2008. I have been on hold waiting to speak with this company for 121:34 minutes and counting...
