ColonSMARTCleanser sure did not clean my colon-But Sure and quick to clean my bank account.Promising me a refund but never recieved it & they kept the produce that I returned. Sun Valley, California

to begin.. I ordered the free trail of colonsmart cleanser and agreed to pay the shipping & handling of $4.95. And never agreed to be charged $88.98 for a new order, I noticed the charge on my bank statement,

So I entered into the chat room and explained the problem to customer service and he assured me that a refund would be sent to me to keep eye out on my bank statement. At this moment I explained that I had refused the new order and it was on it's way back. Again assured once thr order was recieved & processed my refund would be sent.

About 2 months later I called the phone number on my bank statement and spoke with the receptionist, explained my problem and she asked me to hold on she had to check the records. Upon returning back to the phone she assured me that my package had been recieved in June 2008 and why did I take so long to contact them, due to the reassuance of my refund once package was recieved my money would be sent to me....She placed me on hold to talk to supervisor regarding my problem. upon returning she stated that refunds later then July 2008 would not be issued. I asked for her supervisor and for an explaination of what were they gonna do about my money and the produce that I purchased.... she stated that she did not know and hung up on me..... Since then have had no luck on any kind of communications with ColonSMART Cleanser....
