we are from kingman arizona (40 minutes from laughlin).
As a family of 6, we have been going to colorado belle numerous times. well last night we all went out to dinner (cost of $67.69) and there was no seafood. we waited 20 minutes, and no crab legs were available (usually its o.k.). this time there was NOTHING to chose from and NO crab legs.
The manager was trying to help and said there was no cooks and was very sorry. Well I was sorry too for wasting $70.00. She did not even offer to give us a rain check or refund our money and pretty much summed it up as saying oh well. On the way back home we stopped at a Mexican fast food restaurant so I could feed my family. The manager did nothing to help bring food to the plates or at least refund our money.
My suggestion to all is is you ever visit lauglin, don't eat at the colorado belle, you will be ripped off!

Just wanted to say that 1 month after the incident of no cooks and no food, the manager offered to give my family a free dinner on the next seafood buffet of our choice. We accepted, and the food was good. We have been back numerous times since, and never had a problem similar since.
