We contracted with Nathan Peterson of Colorado Modular Homes to build us a house in Colorado. He has a great website with amazing prices on it but none of it is true. He also claims his "A Better Way to Build" will get you into a home in a short time frame much faster then conventional stick built homes. This is also not true and you will be very lucky if he even comes close to finishing the project without litigation and numerous court fees.

Basically he will get you into a price so that you sign his contract and then immediately after you close on the contruction loan he will mention a bunch of missed county codes and raise the home price by $45,000-$55,000 for the exact same home he had quoted you before. If you are looking for a modular home do not sign a contract with this company unless you want to be extremely dissapointed. BUYER BEWARE!!
