colorado mountain development co. came to lone oak tx with fraud on their mind.

The talked of a golf course they were building, a marina, hunting grounds, a 5 million dollar club house, tennis, pool. this was just all EYE CANDY TO ANY SUCKER THAT WOULD BITE.  700 of us took the bait, and are now trying to find anyone who will help.

They have declared bankruptcy to walk away with our money and gave us nothing and planned on giving us nothing. So many lot owners are upset and need help.  The attorney general is not hearing us as yet.  The District attorney has not called back.

This happened in Hunt county Tx, in Lone Oak.  Do not buy there.  Bank of america is now foreclosing on the new development co.  3D resorts who was just in a lawsuit with the Kentucky attorney general.  Jerry Dunn from Dallas was the presedent of the company and Bob Lilly was a paid endorser.  How can people do this!!!

Then the city got wind of cmd going out of business and re-assessed the lots for more than they were worth to get the new schools they are building paid for.  So now we pay higher taxes.
