Colorado One Real Estate LLC Frank Wallace Johnson Aaron Chase They scammed me for a $6,320 bank wire transfer saying once this was paid my timeshare sale would close for $240k Lakewood Colorado

Told me they had a buyer that wanted to pay $240,000 for my timeshare in Mexico. The timeshare is for 2 weeks a year at the Grand Luxxe in Mexico. The buyer was from Abu Dhabi and represented by Escrow corp of Georgia. They have very official looking documents from both Colorado One and Escrow of Georgia. Frank started working with me saying that there are no fees only need to pay $6,250 fee for title transfer fee...After a few weeks I called Frank and they told me he was in a meeting and would call me back. With no call back after a few days I called and was told he was no longer with Colorado One LLC and that Aaron Chase would complete my transaction. They sent me a very officall looking Mexico Tax SAT form saying sign and buyer will pay all taxes. After a few days they sent me an offical looking document showing buyer paid $37,203 in Mexican state taxes and now the propperty can close and they will tranfer escrow fund to me.

Three days later they send me another offical looking document from Mexico that says the city on Nararyt requires I pay them $9,300 in city taxes. I call my timeshare, Vida properties asking why do I have to pay this tax...They explain that both companies Colorado One LLC and Escrow Corp of Georgia and both on Fraud and Scam lists. They then explain they will not sell to anyone unless owner, me came to them and said here is who I want to sell to...Also note that Mexico doesn't require any taxes to be paid...I was scammed very good after I did a lot of research up front. I then see that a report was done in May of Frank Wallace Johnson for the same scam with someone else.

I tried to go to their website today and there isn't one now. Escrow Corp of Georgia does have a website but when I can to talk with Dean, they escrow guy I'm working with he's busy. I finally speak with him and he says everything must go through Colordao One LLC they are just the escrow company for 60 buyers of Grand Luxxe properties. Bottom line is if some contacts you to sell a timeshare its a scam. I'm sad losing my $6,250 but very happy I didn't pay more and more getting scammed with fake documents and promisses.
