Colorado POS Curt Hollis Curt, Ken, Kirk SCAM ARTIST, DO NOT USE!!!!!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!! Denver Colorado

 We opened a restaurant last May and after doing a lot of research, and on a budget, I came across this company and called him to get some info.  After several calls with him I asked for references, of which I got, so I went with this company because it is a local company and something we could afford.  Curt came to my place and got the equipment out and set it up, as we were remodeling the place we couldn't officially set it up so he assembled it on a table and did a quick fly by training that I could show my other employees eventually. 

Everything was boxed so I assumed it was all legit and new....WRONG!  After we opened it was very difficult to reach him and was noticing issues with some things including that the company name on my receipts was wrong( it was a restaurant down in Denver that shut down) so I called Aldelo, the software company that was installed in my POS's.  They asked me to read off the software that I had and come to find out it was super out dated.  Aldelo tried to get me to pay for an upgrade but after I fought them tooth and nail they did it for me.  I contacted Curt to get him to fix some other issues and asked him about the wrong name on the receipts and why the software was so old, he replied that he hadn't gotten the license yet and that as soon as he did he would put it in and everything would be great.....I contacted Aldelo again and spoke to someone that informed me that he was wanted by the FBI for illegal practices and that he used to work for Aldelo and when he left he took the temp discs with him and installed them as if they were new and by the time the consumer figured this out he was long gone.

The right software was finally installed and he hit me up with a bill.  I confronted him on he conversations I had with Aldelo and NEVER heard from him again.

Fast forward a year.  One of my touchscreens has completly failed and so I tried to contact the company the thing is there was no name on the screens.  I had a friend take a look at them and when he pulled up the info on the system as to what kind of touchscreen it was, the area was blank SO come to find out all my equipment is used.  I tried several times to contact people to help out so I didn't have to have anymore money come out of my pocket but NO ONE could help.  I contacted the FBI myself and talked to one of the agents and they told me, that they weren't going to pursue the case.  2 of my printers are starting to go out and when I was taking a good look inside one of them I saw some paper possibly jammed in the machine and when I pulle it out, it was the bottom of a receipt from 2009 (I opened in 12). 

I am at my wits end because now I am out 6k with 8k to go and I am going to have to pay out about another 1k to get a new touchscreen and 3 printers because they are starting to fail.

I emplore anyone that comes across this man to run far away and NEVER do business with this POS (and I don't mean point of sale here either)!
