ColorRage / Rage Solutions owned by Stoica Ovidiu Vicentiu in Romania claim to be an outsource solution for web development but are anything but. www.colorrage.com is headed by a complete criminal Stoica Ovidiu Vicentiu who will take your money after promising delivery of your outsource project and leave you hanging. Stoica Ovidiu Vicentiu and www.colorrage.com Colorrage / Rage Solutions are very incapable designers and due to their lack of understanding of the english language are absolutely unable to translate your ideas into anything useable for the web. Stoica Ovidiu Vicentiu bilked me out of $25K for a very simple MySQL web based solution where realtors can display their properties. What colorrage delivered was a pre bought garbage script that cost them $59 at boxedart. Basically what these smooth talking scammers do is convince you that they are high end programmers when in fact they are merely a bunch of punk a*s criminals hiding in Romania that rebuy bunk scripts and use their non existant design capabilities to try and rebrand a prefabed template for your needs. These jokers are so bad that they had to outsource the instal of the garbage script to another person in India because they couldn't get it to work properly on our server. Oh and that is another thing, Colorrage / Rage Solutions left a nice surprise on our server as well. They have been sending literally hundreds of thousands of spam emails around the world through our server and got several of our IP addresses blacklisted before we figured out what was going on.
