combined insurance company changed my policy after 18 years scranton Pennsylvania

i have had a policy with combined for 15-20 years--different policys---my cancer policy had a mamography

reimbursment with it--after about 17 years of having and using this policy---which is suppose to be paid in full after 20 years

they decided to no longer cover mamography ---or i could have it covered with a %400 increase in premium

---i'm not sure if this is even legal--but they did it to my----of course i'm kept the policy because in 1 more year it is

paid in full---but no longer get the mamography benifit
