Comcast Cable, Internet, & Phone Cable, Internet, & Phone bundle service Atlanta Georgia

On July 22, 2008 there was a big storm in my area. The power didn't go out however my cable, internet, and phone service did. When I called Comcast to have a technician to come check the lines, the technician walked around the house there stated he would send another technician with a bucket truck to check the cable lines.

The 2nd technician sat in his truck for 30 minutes then checked the lines for 5 minutes and stated I needed to call the company to have them tested the lines from their office. When I called there was nothing they could do but spend another technician out to look at the lines and cable box.

The 3rd technician came out to the home and stated he could not find anything wrong outside. When I called customer service and requested the technical support department the tech walked me through to see if it there was something wrong inside. He suggested a technician check the lines outside to see if what caused the services to be out. When the 4th technicin arrived he sat in his van for 20 minutes then I came out to see if he was able to find anything and he was ASLEEP. He stated he had runged the doorbell but I had been home all day waiting and tested the doorbell so I know that was a lie. He then came inside because I informed him he was the 4th tech to come out. Once he determined what was wrong INSIDE he was able to fix the problem.

If you have Comcast in the event your service goes wrong make sure you tell the technician they need to check the wires INSIDE and make sure they aren't sleep on the job. The bundle package may sound like it is a good deal but when one goes down they all do.
