Comcast Digital Cable TV Deal of the Year RIPOFF Garland Texas

Comcast flooded primetime tv with their "Deal of the Year" commercials recently and are still running it. The Deal si for $29.95/month, you get "hundreds" of channels. Nothing was said about any other tacked on charges. Well, we just got our first bill. Our bill went from $16 for Basic Cable to over $95!!!!! They also charged me $15 and change for "Installation" which was neither mentioned on their commercial nor when I called them to order the Deal of the Year. The woman said she won't take the installation charge off. So, I told her I wanted to cancel the Deal and go back to Basic Cable. She then smugly told me that they will charge me another $15 and change for picking up the box! If they were up front about the installation charge when I was ordering it, I'd have no beef. I think it is highly unethical to tack on such a charge when they had two chances to tell me about it. It's just NOT RIGHT that big companies are ripping off small customers.
