I spent half a day on the phone yesterday with numerous Comcast employees

to try to help my mother get a better bundle w a few more channels.

First bundle pkg that 'Cil employee # 99191 ) promised me was Doubly play tv with Latino ( phone included ) she said, my mom would have 300 channels & it would cost me 39.95 + 20 . confirmation # CR618328548. Well, I waited the 45 minuted and my mother still did not have extra channels. I called them again. Again, I spoke to numerous Comcast employees that told me, there was NO such bundle, it was a mistake !! I wasted over 45 minutes, aggravation, and for Nothing was really done, at all. Once again, I spoke to numerous employees, finally the solution dept, again. Merna, told me that she was giving my mother a bundle that had 300 channels and included her Latino channels and telephone. They bundle was called Xfinity single play 300 with Latino. She swore my mom would have 300 channels, seriously. She said it was going to cost me $39. + 20. hmmm, cheap. Again, I asked her, are you sure my mom will have the 300 channels, she replied, YES. I called my elderly, sick mom and told her . After 1 hour, I called my mom to see if, she had xtra channels and she did not, infarct she had Less channels ! Merna, flat out Lied to me, this is outrageous, unethical, corrupted company, employees !! Third time I called back, I was told Merna Down graded my Moms Cable tv ! I asked her more than once if, she was sure my mom would get the 300 channels, she promised me she would get them. LIEs. Half a day I spend with this vile company and only got a Migraine. I have so much stress in my life dealing with my Sick Mother and my Disability's, the last ting I need is this nightmare. I would appreciate any Help you can give my mother and I, Please.

I know when I move, I will have to change companys.
