I order Comcast serive for my home,Called in order center told the lady what I wanted was Tv,voice and internet,on a special they had.About the end of the order I lost concection with her.Called back other lady not one named Mary.Started over with someone who told they could help,Gave me install date of Sept 6th. Sept 5th 11pm cst get a call on home phone to call back (left message). Got out of bed called the number the phone was answer in Philppines my young girl that tol my my appt for the 9/6 had been cancelled for lack of info they need to switch phone numbers when there all there sucurity stuff sending text messages. She have to have some one call me to reset appt. No one call back.

Since I already taken the day off to greet service man I called back to find my orignial order had been deleted.The Special deal was over and I have to make a new order.I was told my a young man who english was very poor the only thing he said was he was very very sorry. He would reset the service call for Friday 7th from 3pm to 5 pm.I'm at work my wife called said Comcast called on the home again and left a message.My contact # is my cell phone since i'm not it often.Called back again this time I needed auth form complete transfer fron AT&T, I was told it take an hour to do.Asked if they make service install I was told it was set for 9/14.This time my wife was waiting for serviceman.Called back again this my SS# last four didn't work.

Found Comcast had an office near my home I when there in hopes of getting some help and I was told I have to deal with the call center in the Philppines they handle that. I told to no avail what a mess they made of this for then she started with she was very sorry.She he inligthed me was the reason Comcast used those people in the Phillppines was it was a thankless job and no body in the USA wanted to do it.With that remark I felt that switching to Comcast was hard there a reason.So I cancelled order and on Monday I'm calling my broker and tell him to sale my stock.I know this well go in file 13, and they keep on with there cheap attemp to provide cable. If they invest money into a better system they i beleive would make more money.
