I'm being forced to take dozens of channels that I don't want because I need CNBC and they're bundled in with it. I just want CNBC, DVR service, and about a dozen other channels.
There are continual price increases at least every six months. Just within the past two months my bill for CATV only has gone from $78.90 to $90.40!
Although I live near the huge Comcast office center in Plymouth, I'm not welcome there, and was told I must drive 25 miles to Ann Arbor or E. Dearborn to talk personally with anyone or bring back any defective equipment!
I'm retired and living on a fixed pension, and can't afford all these price increases. Stop the bundling!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
you were not forced

Comcast didn't force you to do anything, you willingly requested service and chose your package. You state that you NEED CNBC. Again, a choice. Cable is a luxury, it is not a need. Don't blame a company for your poor choice...go to any other company and see the same thing...one option, go online and go to cnbc.com. The building you are talking about in Plymouth is a call center not a customer service location, very much like you can't go to the corner store to complain about the way a potatoe chip company makes their chips
