Comcast refuse to help connect to WiFi that I pay for Chicago ILLINOIS

My tablets and phones were kicked off of the WiFi home network that I pay for with Comcast.  Now, none of these tablets or phones are taking the password on the router that has worked forever.  My Laptop is connected fine so it was weird to me.  I'm technically savvy so I'm not a 100 year old guy who has all thumbs trying to get connected. 

I decided to call.

They played the whole, "I cannot help you" in broken English, transferring me around for hours, and hanging up on me several times.  I never even raised my voice or cursed at any rep.  So, several hours of my time was wasted on hold and talking with people who had NO CLUE how to solve the problem.

Finally, they told me that they "dont support" tablets and phones.  I mentioned to them that they worked before and they do support them as these are regular household items that simply need to connect to the WiFi home network that is currently not working.  They said I have to call and PAY for customer service at a new number.  I called this number but they hung up on me too.

I contacted the BBB and few days later they called me telling me that they would do nothing to help and I would receive no compensation.  

Currently, they are stealing from me as they ran my payment and are not delivering service.

they can pull up my account with my name.  they say that cannot, but they can as they've done it before.
