ComCast - - WHAT A JOKE! No clue on how to service exisiting customers! Spring Texas

We made the mistake of chosing ComCast as our service provider for our internet and cable. We run a business out of our home and made the mistake of assuming the connection would be reliable. The connection to the internet goes down constantly and recently our internet and cable both have been down for over two days with NO ETA on when it will be up again. The poor operators are left fending off mobs of angry customers with information to give them.

The only thing they say is we will credit your account for the days you have been without internet & cable. How does that help our business? We have to find a temporary office outside of our home, and have no idea how long the outage will last because they won't tell you anything!

I don't know what Brian L. Roberts, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Comcast is doing wrong, but obviously he doesn't have a clue how to properly run a business.

This never happened when it was TimeWarner. Don't make the same mistake I did...

DON'T CHOSE COMCAST, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT COMCASTIC...
