I contacted them for the $100 cash back rebate form which I could not find it anywhere. They refused to honer it because it was passed the deadline period. The cash back offered from their website did not state the deadline at all. It only states mininum 30 days of service with Comcast. So, I just submitted just the rebates for the modem. It was over 3 months now. I never got any rebates.
Now, not only I did not get $100 cash back, I also did not get any rebate for the modem also. Broadbandoffers is a cheating webiste. There is no way of contact them on the web. Talking to them is very hard. They will throw all kind of excuses. I think that the only way is through file a complain, media and through web broadcast.
They most recenty posted website to check rebate status on their new offer on the rebate form. The link is dead.
