OTTERBOX Case broke (NO ABUSE) within 10 days. Contacted company and was told replacement would be shipped and should arrive in 3-5 days. That was on 12/2. NOW A MONTH AND A HALF LATER NO REPLLACEMENT.
Sent email to enquire about replacement 12/28, NO RESPONSE.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER they have your $$$.
