This scam operation charged my debit card to top-off a t-mobile prepaid cell phone, then turned-around and automatically "refunded" the charge, stating that their system had a "glitch".  I engaged the "customer service" on-line chat, and started a day of grief.
The operator's name was "Kat".  In fact, I tried several chats out of frustration, and it was always "Kat".  I explained to her that my debit card was charged $25.00 and I did not get the credit on my t-mobile cell phone.  She said that I should try again.  I tried again and the charge was declined.  I had $38 available on my debit card before the $25 was supposedly purchased.
I checked my bank on-line, and the $25 was charged.  I explained in the chat that I was charged and the reason for the decline was there were not funds available to cover two $25 payments.  She stated again that there was a "glitch" on their side.  I told her that my daughter's cell would be disconnected if I didn't pay the $25.  She was very rude, said "that's not my problem."
After several attempts with on-line chat, all of which were "Kat" (how can a company have one person working), I asked to just refund my money.  Kat stated that my account wasn't charged.  After stating my case again for the third time, she finally said the account would be credited in an hour.
I waited an hour, and no credit.  I chatted again, and Kat got really upset saying "this is a business I don't have time for this".  She disconnected me rudely.  I tried again, and again disconnected with a message "call customer service 9am - 5pm monday - friday".
The next day, I called their website number 1-800-219-6993 and they said it would take 5-7 business days.  I said I wanted a supervisor, and the lady said in a nasty way "this is your banks problem not ours".  I said "but you took the money and my daughter had no phone for the night".  She repeated the same thing like a parrot reading a script.
I still don't have my credit and little recourse for $25.  I would recommend anyone who comes near this horrible scam of a company not to use them for anything.  They could care less about customers.  They sell cheap calling cards to helpless people in this country who speak little English and who want calling cards to call relatives.  I read horrible reports on the internet regarding how they treat customers by ignoring them, taking their money, and saying it is their fault.
