Comfort Inn I-90 (Choice Hotels) Breach of Contract Rapid City South Dakota

I was employed with this company during the months of June 2011 through August of 2011.  I performed my services accordingly with no complaint from management.  At the end of August 2011, I was shorted in pay in the amount of 150.00.  I brought this matter to the attention of the manager and she in turn, did nothing.  This is called wage theft for services rendered and not paid accordingly as agreed upon.  This also falls under violations under Title 38, U. S. C. under section 701 which carries a fine of 55,000 for the first violation. Refer to Title 38, U. S. C.  This also includes violations under The Veterans With Disabilities Act of 2010 regarding discrimination and violations under the SD EEOC.  Other violations include theft under South Dakota Law. Under South Dakota Law regarding theft, I am entitled to double amount owed for services rendered as agreed upon.  I have seven years to file a criminal complaint and bring this matter forward in Federal Court.  In addition,  this matter has been filed with the appropriate channels for investigation and is under current review.  In order to remedy this situation, I am seeking the amount of 140.00 to be paid accordingly.  That is a fair and accurate amount for correct compensation for services rendered.  Failure to pay this amount as requested will result in additional measures to remedy this situation.  This information is true, accurate, and to the best of my knowledge.  This information is protected under U.
