Recently IMedicare paid for a power wheelchair for me.The chair did not work right and after replaceing one of the batteries it still did mot wprk properly so they picked it up and brought me a loner.After aweek the tire fell off the rim. I called them to come and fix and was told that he was going out of town and hung up. I had to call my doctor to get them to come out and put a new wheel on the chair. I still have the loner and they refuse to bring back my chair till after the warenty expires. They have had my chair sence June 11th of this year. This is a new chair and should have been replaced if their going to keep it for months. They even stated when I called them that they were holding it till the warenty was expired.
