Purchased a pair of Dansko nursing shoes on 2/26/10 from comfortshoesny.com, my credit card was automatically charged right away, I never received the shoes, it is now 6/17/10. I have tried to contact the company numerous times. I emailed them at least 10 times without a response. The site does not have a phone number to call. I filed a complaint with the BBB, the company did not respond again. I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card, but was told that I could not do this because it has been more than 60 days. I want a refund or my shoes. Please help. I also want to make others aware of the situation that I just went through so they do not make the same mistake by ordering from this scam company.
