I received a plain white envelope with a DVD in it, "When Women Lost Their Tails." The return address on the envelope said Comm-Services B, 3500 Sunset Ave. Ocean, NJ 07712. Then, a couple days later, I noticed a charge for $9.95 from COMM-SERVICES LLC on my credit card. I never ordered from this company.
I noticed on some complaints people were members of NetFlix, ordered from iKitchen, or ordered flowers. I have done all 3 in the past couple of months so I'm not sure how they got my information.
I called my credit card company to dispute this charge & they are sending me a new card. It's a big pain to wait for the new card, but as they say better safe than sorry!
I noticed all the dates on these complaints are within the last few days, so I decided to add my complaint. Maybe together we can stop these scammers!
