Commerce Commercial Leasing ripoff Horsham Pennsylvania

It is my understanding that the matrix box cost is less than $1000. Norvegence sold the equipment lease to Commerce Commercial Leasing (CCL) for a deep discount. Assuming that this occurred the leasing company should have known about the orginal equipment cost and realized that Norvergence was ripping off its customers, yet they decided to partiscipate. Consequently, I believe that CCL conspired with Norvergence to rip off the customers.

Furthermore, the only reason that I signed this equipment lease was because the Norvergence sales representative indicated that I had to use their equipment only for the IP telephony service to work. I have found out subsequently that this is not true.

If I had known this I would have investigated other companies that provide this equipment and found the best equipment price. Companies like Cisc manufacture these devices. Other companies such as XO communications provide their matrix box as part of the total package.
In summary Norvergence sales representatives misrepresented the facts concerning their equipment in order to entice the customer to sign these outrageous, over priced lease agreements.
