I signed up with Commerce Payment Systems for a merchant credit card processing account. The monthly charge to my checking account started at the $9.95 monthly. This company did not draft the $9.95 from my checking account....my charges have been $40+, $50+, $60+, etc.... since I have signed up with them. They overcharge my checking account every month.The employees are very rude. I have had them actually hang up on me numerous times or put me on hold on the line for over 45 minutes. They refuse to refund my money. I contacted the BBB which was of no help and closed my complaint so now I am filing a complaint with the state department. This is fraud!
