COMMERCE PAYMENT SYSTEMS  The communication is lousy, they have withheld over $800 dollars from us, We have contacted the company and sent copy of our license, now they want copy of lease and other paperwork which they never a Internet

A few months ago, I entered into business with Commerce Payment Systems, We haven't had any problems till recently, when we noticed that several batches were missing, when we checked, payment system was witholding over $700 dollars, yet they refused to release the funds.

We sent a copy of our drivers license for verification from the Underwriters Department, they told us everything was fine, I then receive an email that the funds can't be released, I have requested MY MONEY!, they are giving us a hard time in releasing what legally belongs to us.

They have requested a copy of the lease, utility bills, WHY?, I had read prior complaints, but I thought it was someone just plain bitter, the person had all the right to be angry, they have held money that we need to operate our business and with no cause whatsoever.

We have written to the person in charge and yet to receive any answer.
