John Janssen,  Accepted an application for loan and payments for the loan to process.  He claims that he is religious and is using Religion as a lending scam.  This company never loans money it just gets your personal information and collects fees.

This compamy even claims it gets money for Churches.   John Jansen took several thousand dollars in deposit for a loan and then claimed that our application was incorrect and refused to refund the fee money claiming it was not refundable based on his work.

How could an application for a loan be just fine when he issues a loan offer on his companies letterhead and ask for a deposit and then be incorrect immediately after a check is cashed?

THis guy has been ripping off truckers and has been charging 30 and 40 percent interest and calling them leases so you do not know what you are paying.

We repossessed his truck

AUTHOR: John Janssen - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, March 25, 2011

CFS is an accredited BBB business. If your complaint has any validity, take it to the BBB. The BBB requires documentation, so you can't make false accusations like you do here. CFS has a perfect record with the BBB.  Simply put, the allegations posted are false. There is not one iota of truth to anything this individual posted. We charge $29 for a truck
application. We haven't made any church loans since the beginning of the financial crisis because the non-profit REIT which was the source of our funding made qualifying far too difficult for most churches.

CFS does NOT collect "thousands of dollars" on any transaction. We don't collect hundreds of dollars. We collect between $0 and $99 depending upon the transaction which is paid by credit card. We disclose in writing the fee.
$29 for a truck loan (and it's a loan, not a lease. You own the truck. $500 down, monthly payments $1100-$1600). www.cfsolutionsllc.com/truck_purchase.html

From our web site you may click on the BBB logo and go directly to the Better Business Bureau. We are rated "A" with zero customer complaints

I challenge this nameless person to gather evidence and submit it to the BBB, especially knowing that doing so will subject them to criminal and civil jeopardy. It's an entirely different ballgame when you submit an official complaint with accountability versus an anonymous internet post!

Frankly, I don't know why someone would post something so absurdly false, especially since the remedy offered by the BBB is available. If what this person stated were true, and he (she?) has any evidence, they could take it to the BBB and regain their "thousands of dollars". BBB has arbitration and mediation services to which CFS has agreed to participate. Today's date is March 10, 2011. Check the BBB website hereafter and see if a valid complaint is registered. I know it won't be because what this person stated has not taken place. It is simply untrue.

Why'd he (she) write it? As best as I can figure, this is someone from whom a truck was  repossessed (if you don't pay your loan or lease, your property will be repo'd).

Anyway, call us. We can provide references. We stand by our faith, our honesty, and our reputation which other then this anonymous post, is unblemished.
Consider the source: anonymous.

The guidelines of the service instruct me not to sign my name, but I am the person named in this individuals complaint, a Christian and a humble servant of my Lord Jesus Christ!
