I was contacted by this company to receive a credit card. I do not have the best credit in the world, so I figured this might be a good way to start rebuilding it. The rep that contacted me told me that I had to pay $299.00, and I would receive a package for discounted medical benefits plus a $2500 unsecured master card. I was told that they would be recording the verification portion of the conversation, and that it would take 15-20 BUSINESS days to receive my credit card and package.

I am now into my 24th business day and have not seen hide nor hair of this mysterious package. I just got off the phone with a "friendly" customer service rep who told me that:

1) There would be no credit card in the package. If and when I finally receive it, there will be an offer that I will have to pay an additional fee to get.

2) It is Fedex's fault that I have not received my package within the allotted time.

3) if I do not receive my package by the end of this week, they will have to RESHIP it.

Not only that, when I asked for my money back because I had not received my package, the rep told me that I would be receiving my package and that I could not get my money back either way. I went to the Federal Trade Commission website, and found out that if you do not receive mail order merchandise that you pay for, the company HAS to give you a refund. It is against the law for them not too.

When I told the rep this and quoted to him what the Better Business Bureau had to say about this company, he told me it was all about competition and it was just bad people reporting about the company on this and other websites. The rep also kept threatening to play back my verification, but since they'd already done it once to me, and I already heard it, that little ruse didn't work on me. I don't know what the deal with this company is, or how to fix it, but anyone else who reads this and has problems with this company needs to file complaints with the BBB and FTC also.
