Have been trying to collect an appraisal fee for months. Spoke with Mirna Almendarez, and Reina Ramirez. They first said that the invoice was lost. I sent another one. Mirna called me to say they had cut me a check. When another 10 days passed I called, and Mirna said that Scott (Oakley) had to review the file before the check could be signed. Now Scott, Mirna, and Reina do not answer their phones or return phone calls. Appraisers - don't do business with these guys. They are straight-out thieves.
