SMS to Evan Florinis 17th Aug, "Rental details please for 51 West Thebarton Rd. (Not an incomplete albebra formula) Thanks." NO RESPONSE!
Maybe Evan suddenly died. Best to go to the next contact."
SMS to Andrew Turner 24th Aug, "Hi, the following is a SMS sent to Evan that was obviously too difficult- Rental details for,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Thanks"
NO RESPONSE! Maybe the agents are really busy and have already leased it. After all, they have an 'Award for Excellence'. But 3 months later the property is still up for lease.
Unless these Agents are dead, or were specifically instructed by the vendor to not deal with anyone that wants to know the price. They are ripping off the Owner and the time of anyone that wants to do business.
If Evan Florinis and Andrew Turner are alive and well. They should find a profession more suited to inaction and go into politics. No-one expects you to be productive there. Time Wasters, Time Bandits Stealing the time of everyone around them. No Excellence at all.
