Commercial Truck and Tire Road Assistance Complete Scam Internet

This company is a complete scam. We had a truck broken down in VA. Driver did a Google search for tire repair and several links directed him to their website. He called them and was told the tire change would cost $220 and that it had to be paid before they would send someone out to do the work. We paid the $220 via tcheck. These people then sent out a local repair service to do the work. Then Commercial Truck and Tire Road Assistance told the driver that he needed to pay an extra $180, which the driver and our company refused. The next morning we get a call from the person who did the repair and we find out that Commercial Truck and Tire never paid them. We called Commercial Truck and Tire Road Assistance and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive and the only thing she would tell us was that we owed another $180 and demanded that we pay it. She hung up on us twice and then wouldn't answer the phone when we tried to call back. Because we wanted to make it right with the local company who did the repair, we paid them their fee of $180 in addition to the $220 that Commercial Truck and Tire scammed us for.

Through tcheck, we were able to track down the phone number from which the $220 payment was received. It was a number in Butte, MT and when we called the number the person who answered said it was a private residence. This alone proves what a scam this company is. Do not use this company- they will totally rip you off.
