Commercial Werks LLC Paul Martin, Joe Mendez, Commercial werks LLC Did not have funds to pay for sub-contract work, wrote a bad check for the amount he could pay and went off on me when I confronted him about the signature and check having discrepancies, hung up on phone, can not get ahold of and will not pay Savage Maryland

Provided electrical services with verbal and text agreement, no money up front and agreed to continue work after being paid per section of work. Presented Commercial werks with invoice and they refused to sign and did not have sufficient funds, wrote a BAD check for $2000 of the $2644 bill presented. Insisted I would be paid once I finished work which was not the agreement. Out of pocket for material $800 and was waiting for check to fund next section of work but went to his bank to cash check and check was refused due to discrepancies with signature and different style of check. Called to clear up and was yelled at and hung up on, have since then been ignored and not paid. Stay away from this guy, doesn't follow codes and pieces stuff together, calls in others to do the work he cannot and doesn't want to pay but wants you to keep working and funding the job.
