Commeridian, Cetech, Silverstate Group, Cengt, Xpand, Credit Engineering, Payverix Credit repair scam, fraud checks Mesa & Apache Junction Arizona

Bernard Hilton and his many "companies" have finally crossed the wrong doorstep. He currently resides in one of our rentals and honestly if he would have paid the rent we never would have looked at him closer. But....he's not only two months late, but he passed two bad checks. One of those checks was written off someone else's account.

From there we started looking into the addresses on those checks as well as the addresses posted from others who have come into contact with him. 2 of them are apartment complexes who have never heard of him (450 S. Acacia, Mesa AZ; 4450 E Southern Ave, Mesa AZ) and the 7601 E Main St. #309 is the physical address of Print-N-Mail who sell PO Boxes and you guessed it, they have a 309!

All of his checks are similar. Very minor differences. These are homemade checks and not issued from the banks. He has tried to open bank accounts at one bank and then turn around with that check and open another account at a different bank. The four banks we have dealt with this matter is TCF Bank, National, Arizona Federal and Sun Bank. It seems he doesn't bother with the larger banks, stays with the smaller, regional banks.

We then started checking out the azsos.gov website as well as azcc.gov (corporate commissions), azroc.gov and nvsos.gov. The only "viable" company in AZ was the Commeridian, LLC who hasn't updated their articles of corporation since 05, when it was opened. Cetech, INC and Bernstein, Cohen and Kennedy INC were set up in NV and are currently in default. Silverstate Group is still open but according to the NV Secretary of State his articles of corporation are not right and are looking into that further. Credit Engineering, Xpand and Payverix....can't be found.

Looking at the companies set up in NV they all have Eastbiz.com INC as the registered agent. I called this company and found out for 89.00 they get you corporation papers. There are no requirements or regulations to who is becoming a corporation. Eastbiz.com, INC currently is the registered agent to over 8,000 companies per NV Secretary of States office!!

We have literally met with every agency possible: AZ Attorney General, AZ Corporate Commissions, FBI (Phoenix), Pinal County Sheriff, Mesa PD, Apache Junction PD, NV Secretary of State and the NV Secret Service.

From what I have read, this has been going on for several years. We have his physical whereabouts and want this man stopped from doing this to other people and the ones that have been already hurt, we want to get them the police reports so they may file a civil case and try and recoup their money. If people such as Heidi in Moreno, CA came forward it would be a huge nail in his coffin!
