I just wanted to make sure people were aware of issues I have had with this online Jewelry store. I understand personal internet startup companies like this are great to have, however when they choose not to provide customer service then actions need to be taken.

I ordered two rings from Committed Jewelry on the 26th January 2015 with the hope they would arrive before Feb 13th. I was promised multiple delivery dates. The date now is 10th March and still have no items.

The value was not high only $47, however that should not be point. The point is provide customer service and be honest with a customer that you made a mistake and you will refund the money or send the items ASAP. I doubt that will happen now.

Anyone that orders from here should be warned.
