FRANK MEZIAS, SELF PROCLAIMED INSPECTOR GENERAL OF THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION, FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IOED) is a Fraud and a non pervformer who circumvents clients. I sent him a complete file file from my associate on Ven Bonds to monetize and place in trade over 3 weeks ago and and I havent heard anything from him sense. Last year when I sent him a BG package he asked who all was involved and could we just give them a small finder fee commission and I told disagreed with him and his tactics.
