That news is old news and people knew I am innocent. There a lot fraudulent that he committed, like he try to collect payments from people, specially manong Henry Malinay referred so many people to him and let the people stop payingtheir mortgage to their original lender and told people to pay his mortgage enterprise investment instead. It's a scam.... He needs to stop!!!!

I am not involved with him and that news is an old news and he tried to convinced people that he can reduce the monthly payment but he cannot because his mortgage company mortgage enterprise investments is nothing but a scam

Common Law Office of America (CLOA) and Private Attorney General (PAG) Anthony Williams has not been sanctioned by DCCA as Edna Franco and Francha Services has. Edna Franco posted a copy of a complaint that was filed by the State of Hawaii against CLOA and PAG Anthony Williams.

There has been no adjudication on this case as of 12/8/2014 and Mr. Williams has asserted that the case will ultimately be dismissed because there were no customers who made a complaint against him nor CLOA. This case has not been terminated and CLOA neither PAG Anthony Williams has been sanctioned for fraud as Edna Franco has because CLOA nor PAG Anthony Williams has ever committed fraud or scammed anyone. PAG Williams had to fire Edna Franco, Henry Malinay, Hep Guinn and Rowena Valdez for conning homeowners out of their cash without giving them a receipt or rendering services.

When PAG Anthony Williams discovered this, he immediately took action and fired these scammers and reported them to the FBI. CLOA has a reputation for honesty, integrity and dedication to executing truth and serving the American people to protect their unalienable rights.
