commonwealth Gas & Tow Citgo Gas Station Terrible Towing plantation Florida

a Few months ago I contacted AAA to get my 2008 BMW towed. The Driver Showed up on seen by the name of Eddy and was so rude and truly not the brightest of the bunch also to add he truly digusted be with the way he talked and showing the Tattoes on his legs (very unprofessional) he look at my vehicle and tried to start it after I clearly told him the vehicle couldn't start as if I had no clue what was going after all its my car! He then proceeded to jump start it and turn and asked me where my battery was and I gave him a look and i asked him "do you have any idea what your doing" he stated yes but still could not find the battery,

the driver stated he had to call someone he walked away for 30 to 40 mins (mind you leaving the truck running and came back with subwaybag in his hands SMH!!!! I asked him what happened he said another driver was comming to asist him so i waited another 40 min and no driver showed, Eddy started to pull off I then asked him whats going on and he then said he had to go get fuel and he will return, but never returned. I called AAA and asked them what was going on they contacted the on duty manager (Jerome) who said for me to call him direct which I did,

I explained what happen and he apologized and sent a young man out in a smaller tow truck (Tony) who took all of 4 mins to put my vehicle in nuetral and pull it out for the on duty manager to comeput it on the big truck. Im very disapointed at how the first driver would actually leave a women in the dark by herself it shows he has no respect for his mothere or any other women, if it wasn't for the on duty manager, i would have dropped AAA This company has terrible customer service except the two guys who came out to help me, thank you so much Mr. Jerome and Mr. Tony.
