I'm filing this complaint in relations to a Company
know as USA Credit. On Oct 14th and 15th 2009 I applied to several
payday advance online companies to get a small loan. I accepted two
offers online. Both offers indicated the fee's assoisiated with the
lone, interest only. Both companies contacted me the same day to
finalize the loan by phone. I didn't meet the qualifications on either
and gave up on attempting to pursue a payday loan. While logging into
my online banking account through Bank of America this mourning Oct
16th, an ACH debit in the amount of $149.95 was pending process. The
debit is listed as USA Credit. Upon further research online and through
my bank I found their web site and notified USA by email that I need
assistance with this issue. I'm not sure what this fee is or how they
think they had-have the authority to access my checking account without
permission. I'm awaiting USA Credit offices to open at 9 am this
mourning to discuss this matter and demand a refund. The reason I'm
already filing a complaint with the BBB is because of the online
research I obtained in regards to USA credit. There are hundreds if not
thousands of the exact or similar complaints listed on forums and sites
across the internet. People getting charged this fee and not knowing,
overdrafting their already broke accounts. I'm furious about this
matter. We the people need the help of all BBB agencies to address this
matter ASAP. People with out means are losing hard earned money through
this fraudulant scam. Thank you very much for processing my complaint
and please help. This is the exact letter I filed with the BBB online in Penn. Go to
