Commonwealth Motors Refused to cover work on car to pass State Inspection and provide a rental car Lawrence, Massachusetts

I purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this Dealer in the Middle of August.  I went to get the state inspection and it failed.  It needed all 4 ball joints replaced, the Right front axle is leaking grease and the lug nuts were damaged when a spacer was installed (prior to my purchasing the vehicle).  

I asked them to provide me with a loaner car so I have a way to get around while they do the work and I was told by the Sales Manager - C Rodriguez that "the State Inspectors in New Hampshire are corrupt and there is nothing wrong with your car; we are not covering the work or a loaner car because the place you went to in NH are lying to you".  

Keep in mind that he told me all of this before the diagnostics have been done on the vehicle. While I was writing this the Service Manager called me and told me that there was no leakage on the Right front axle (I didn't see that coming) and their was no damage to the lug nuts at all on the Right front tire.  

The sales men were very nice when we bought the car but they do not back their products nor do they take care of their customers.  There are a lot of different auto dealers in the Lawrence, MA area....go somewhere else!  It appears that I am not the only customer of theirs to have this problem.
