CommSouth Phone Company ripoff victimized many consumers Dallas Texas

I got comm south about three months ago. I can't get them to fix features on phone service each time I call in to tell them about a feature, they say they have to put a ticket in for it. I have called at least 10 times about automatic call return, they say they can not unlist my phone number. I have to pay by western union. I am seriously hoping I can find another phone company. they took money from me for a feature, called animous call rejection, when I sent the money into them, and they did receive it. they said that the feature was not avaiable in my state, when there are several people with this feature here in Inkster Michigan. they also told me I could bring up there company on the internet, no you can not. Very disappointed with service, for paying an extra $6.00 to pay phone bill
