I filled out the card he sent me and I sent it back with the required fee. I haven't heard from him yet.

It's been almost two weeks.

I was shocked to realize that there has been more than one complaint against this guy.

I am informing Rip-Off that as of Monday,April 17th.

After several months of waiting for communications publishing to send me what I ordered and paid for.

They finally sent me what I ordered.

Now some of my faith is restored in these businesses. I am not going to drop my guard.

The moment I do I'll get taken again.

Communications Publishing ,Stephen Young On Nov. 5th 2013 I receive in mail a promotion pamphlet for ordering a book called ; $ Billion Sources Want to Send You Free Cash, total payment of $29.95, which I sent in a check form. It was cashed on Nov.20th 2013. Is more then a month since then and nothing was delivered as expected.The whole thing was bogus and I have been taken for a ride. If this is the case , by using the USPO as a base for this ripoff operation, it should be investigated at the federal level and made a class action case. Please help!
