i received this letter in the mail from mr. stephen young, publisher of communications publishing, 996 wall street, box 996, new york, n.y. 10268 asking me to take a look at his book entitled 'america's secret cash giveaways", and if wanted i can try it for one year risk free. it lead you to believe that there are in fact many agencies in the government that give out money for legitimate reasons. it covered

a. money to start your own business
b. get paid to stay home and take care of kids with a free 800 number, not listed, but it will be on page 29

and much, much more. he said it is 100% no risk money back guarantee and that he is so confident that i will receive money from one or more of the agencies in the book that he would have a hard time prying it out of my hands, because i would want to keep it. he kept repeating 100% ironclad no risk guarantee; and that you can keep it for a year. if for ANY reason, you are not satisfied, you will get a complete refund.

and if i acted right away, i would receive 18 reports free to keep even if i got the refund for the book itself. such titles as:

a. how to get the job of your dreams
b. bills, it OK to pay later
c. save 1/2 on all your prescriptions

and 16 others, which i can send a list if so desired.

i should have realize this was a scam, as it looked all too good not to be true. he enclosed a mail back card and envelope, postage prepaid. all u had to do was fill out the short form and send a check to the address i gave you above.
