I ordered the book titled America's secret cash giveaways which included 18 bonus reports. They cashed my check about 1 week after I mailed the request. It has now been 3 weeks, so, I thought I would check out the company, while waiting, to my surprise, found 811 complaints.
Just wondering if I should wait longer or start my process for refund?

I called the number and they told me to wait up to 4 weeks. After reading the reports from unsatisfied customers..my book isn't coming is it? I had a similar experience before, I should have learned my lesson.
