Responded to personal and unsolicited mail order advertisement that guaranteed offer for publication "Secret Cash Giveaways...Money Directory". If order was sent within 7 days 18 special reports on the same subject would also be sent free as part of this offer.

I sent Communications Publications a personal check for $23.90 in early January 2003, as of mid March I still have not received the publication, acknowledgement, receipt or any further information.

Upon finding this offer and company listed under "Rip-Off" businesses I corresponded to the company and requested a return of my money.

Communications Publishing ,Stephen Young On Nov. 5th 2013 I receive in mail a promotion pamphlet for ordering a book called ; $ Billion Sources Want to Send You Free Cash, total payment of $29.95, which I sent in a check form. It was cashed on Nov.20th 2013. Is more then a month since then and nothing was delivered as expected.The whole thing was bogus and I have been taken for a ride. If this is the case , by using the USPO as a base for this ripoff operation, it should be investigated at the federal level and made a class action case. Please help!
