apparently, the worst of the very worst can ever find new ways to go even lower. First my dad wanted to purchase a new truck for my son, or cosign for him. They we're trading in a three month old Accord that was a lease.

The sole reason for the new truck, was to get out of a lease.(My dad was in his 80's)He got tricked in to the first lease not knowing what was intailede, untill we showed him the fine print. Anyway, he knows its going to cost him about 4,000 to get out of it. OK, as long as the truck is a purchase.

My son finds a truck, and this salesscum, comes over to our house at dinner, pulls my dad out of his chair phyisicaly and says come with me you just bought yourself a new truck! The deal was completed, lease buy out + cash and $475.00 a month for 72 months. Nope, they saw his age, and health and he ended up signing another closed end lease, with a high milage charge.

The clincher when he realized what they had done to him he actually had a heart attack and died. Now, this lease has a clause that if you die, you default. They get the truck and still owe about 90% of the lease and more.

So now my dad is gone, my son is still in need of a truck, so he goes down to confront them. They appoligise and offer to make up some of the loses if he buy a new truck again - discounts for the last deal. My son has no credit, and is told to get a cosigner.

My mother they say has good credit bring her by to cosign, it's all going to be in your name. My mother has alzhiemres, and was still in shock from the sudden loss of my dad. She signed all leagle and everything,except she has no idea of anything like that. I had power of att. but not in effect that fast. The loan is a higher % rate than usual and they were offewring 0% financing then also. So they took my dad to his grave, and now will probably send my mom there by leagle collections and manuvers.

Just to let relitives know car dealers feed on the sick and elderly like flies eat you know what. Its all leagle, but they go into your homes to attack and rape these victoms.
